We are a fast-growing, UK-based Climate Tech start-up using IoT and AI-driven solutions to make that dream a reality. To date, we have prevented over half a million pieces of waste. Now, we are scaling.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead this charge. This is not a role for a cog in a machine; this is an opportunity to join a disruptive business at a pivotal moment, working directly with the founders to reshape the future of the food and beverage industry.
The Role
We need a hunter. You will be selling our cutting-edge reuse service directly into large-scale food service providers and catering partners.
This is a full-cycle, end-to-end sales role. You will own the process from identifying a prospect to finalising the contract.
Own the Pipeline: You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with large organisations.
Strategic Autonomy: You will be given a clear mandate and targets, but we trust you to define the strategy to get there. We need someone who can operate autonomously without needing their hand held.
Consultative Selling: You aren't just selling a product; you are selling a behavioural shift and a sustainability solution. You will translate our tech (IoT/AI) into clear value propositions for corporate clients.
Global Ambition: Help us solidify our UK presence and lay the groundwork for international expansion.
Who You Are
You have a commercial mindset and a passion for the planet. You treat business as a force for good, but you also love the thrill of closing a deal.
Experience: You have at least 2+ years of experience selling into large organisations or enterprises.
The Right Background: Experience in B2B Tech Sales or SaaS is highly preferred, but not mandatory if you have a proven track record of winning big contracts.
Process Driven: You are autonomous but disciplined. You can follow a clear mandate and rigorous sales process while bringing your own creative flair to the table.

Visa Status: You must currently have the right to work in the UK. Cauli Ltd is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Location: This role can be hybrid, but requires time in our London (Zone 1) office and frequent client visits/field days.
