Pilot Terms and Conditions

  1. Description of Pilot

    Cauli Ltd agrees to provide the Customer with one CauliBox when purchasing food from any hot food stall at Tachbrook Market at any given time for a 12-week Pilot period. During the Pilot Period, the Customer will be given one CauliBox instead of a disposable food container in order to evaluate the feasibility of reusable food packaging in improving sustainability of the food-to-go market. When purchasing food, the Customer will inform the food stall that they are on the Pilot scheme and present a unique participant code assigned to them when signing up. The food stall will put the food in a CauliBox. After finishing the food, the Customer can return CauliBox washed or unwashed to the drop-off point at Waitrose Pimlico branch anytime when the branch is open (same day or not) and self-scan their participant code. Cauli Ltd will be responsible for the collection, professional washing up and delivery of CauliBoxes to market traders. At the end of the Pilot Period, the Customer is invited to participate in a short survey on user experiences and enter a prize draw. Upon completion of the Pilot Period or the earlier termination of the Pilot by either Party, if Customer wishes to discontinue service, the Customer will return CauliBoxes within 10 working days of the end of the Pilot Period.

  2. Sign up

    Please complete the sign up form with your name and email address. By providing your name and contact details and signing up to the Pilot you are thereby providing your consent for Cauli Ltd to use and retain your personal data. Your data will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and you will only be contacted in regards to this Pilot or future campaigns run by Cauli Ltd. You can ask for your personal data to be removed at any time. 

  3. Deposit

    The Pilot requires the Customer to provide a fully refundable deposit equivalent to the value of CauliBox (GBP 5.00), via online, cash, or card payment. In the event that the CauliBox is lost or damaged during the Pilot Period, Cauli Ltd reserves the right to retain this deposit. The Customer can claim back the Deposit via bank transfer up to 2 months after the Pilot has ended, by destroying the membership card issued and emailing your full name, bank sort code, bank account number, and membership numer to hello@wearecauli.com, or at any time during the Pilot by returning a box and sending a confirmation email to hello@wearecauli.com.

  4. Confidential Information

    Each Party shall maintain the confidentiality of the other's Confidential Information (as defined below) using at least the same efforts as it uses to maintain the confidentiality of its own Confidential Information. This Agreement shall be treated as Confidential Information.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    Cauli Ltd. shall not have any liability to the customer for any damages based on any claims, whether arising from breach of contract. Additionally, under no circumstances, will either party be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including without limitation, lost revenues or profits, business interruption, loss of data, or the cost of substitute products or services related to the subject matter of this agreement even if the party has been advised on a the possibility of such damages.
